Abstract
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of myocardial damage complicated with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 50 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in the Department of Pediatrics,Qingpu Branch of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.Among them,28 children with myocardial damage were included in the experimental group,and 22 children without myocardial damage were included in the control group.The relevant data of the two groups were compared,and univariate and multivariate analysis were performed.Results The proportions of fever lasting>7 days,high fever,macrolides starting time≤7 days in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The C-reactive protein level,red blood cell distribution width,lactate dehydrogenase,white blood cell count in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of fever,duration of fever,macrolides starting time,C-reactive protein level and red blood cell distribution width were the main influencing factors of myocardial damage complicated with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children(P<0.05).Conclusion Fever lasting>7 days,high fever,etc are the influencing factors of myocardial damage complicated with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.It is necessary to strengthen supervision and apply macrolides as soon as possible to reduce the risk of myocardial damage.关键词
