Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive tooth extraction in the treatment of children with ambushed multiple teeth.Methods A total of 96 children with ambushed multiple teeth in Beijing Pinggu Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group(48 cases with 48 ambushed multiple teeth)and the observation group(48 cases with 48 ambushed multiple teeth)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with traditional tooth extraction,and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive tooth extraction.The clinical effect,pain and swelling score and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain and swelling scores in the observation group at 30 min and 7 d after surgery were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive tooth extraction in children with ambushed multiple teeth has better clinical effect,less pain and swelling,fewer complications,and significant application effect.关键词
