Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of the monitoring-comment notification-education-improvement(MCNEI)management model on reasonable use of antimicrobial agent in pediatrics.Methods From the HIS medical record system of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University from January to December 2022,200 pediatric medical records were randomly selected every month for medical order review.A total of 2400 medical records were selected and reviewed,and the results of the review were summarized and analyzed as the medical records of irrational use of antimicrobial drugs.The general management model was implemented from January to June 2022,and the antibacterial agent MCNEI management model was implemented from July to December 2022.The antimicrobial use and irrationality of medical orders before and after implementation were compared.Results Compared with before implementation,the rates of unreasonable medical orders,inappropriate medication frequency,prolonged medication course,unindicated medication,inappropriate medication dosage,inappropriate medication timing,inappropriate drug replacement,usage rate and intensity of antibacterial agent all decreased after implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion The antibacterial agent MCNEI management model is beneficial for the rational use of antibacterial agent in pediatric patients.关键词
