Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of clinical pharmacist's full monitoring service on medication compliance in children with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 114 children with bronchial asthma in Rongshui Miao Autonomous County People's Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the observation group(n=57)and the control group(n=57)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine medication guidance,and the observation group implemented the full monitoring service of clinical pharmacists on the basis of the control group.The effects of the two different services were compared.Results The length of hospitalization and total hospitalization cost of the observation group were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).During hospitalization,the total incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was 3.51%,which was lower than that in the control group accounting for 14.03%(P<0.05);the medication compliance rate of the observation group was 96.49%,which was higher than that of the control group accounting for 75.44%(P<0.05).At discharge,the total effective rate of asthma control in the observation group was 96.49%,which was higher than that in the control group accounting for 80.70%(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of children with bronchial asthma,the clinical pharmacist's full monitoring service can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions,shorten the hospitalization time,reduce the hospitalization cost,improve the medication compliance of children and effectively control the asthma disease.关键词
