摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of transversus abdominis plane block combined with Sufentanil and Nalbuphine controlled analgesia in postoperative analgesia after cesarean section.Methods A total of 80 parturients who received intravenous analgesia after cesarean section in Tai'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given Sufentanil and Nalbuphine controlled analgesia after operation,and the observation group was given ultrasound-guided transversus abdominis plane block on the basis of the control group.The pain degree(NRS),the level of serum pain-causing substance P(SP),complications and the number of analgesic pump compression were compared between the two groups.Results The NRS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 6,24 and 48 h after operation(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in NRS scores at different time points after operation in the observation group(P<0.05).The SP level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 6,24 and 48 hours after operation(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in SP levels at different time points after operation in the observation group(P<0.05).The total incidence of pruritus,nausea and vomiting,dizziness and headache,drowsiness and urinary retention in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The number of analgesic pump compression in the observation group was fewer than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of transversus abdominis plane block combined with Sufentanil and Nalbuphine controlled analgesia in postoperative analgesia after cesarean section can effectively relieve postoperative pain,reduce SP level and complication rate.关键词
