Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Suhuang Zhitu Decoction foot bath combined with acupoint application in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods A total of 60 cases of hyperemesis gravidarum patients admitted to Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Qingdao West Coast New District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Suhuang Zhitu Decoction foot bath combined with acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The urine ketone body negative conversion time,vomiting times and hospitalization time in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Suhuang Zhitu Decoction foot bath combined with acupoint application has a good clinical effect in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum,which can shorten the urine ketone body negative conversion time,hospitalization time,reduce the frequency of vomiting,improve clinical symptoms,and is worthy of promotion.关键词
