摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Labetalol combined with Nifedipine Controlled-release Tablets in the treatment of gestational hypertension.Methods A total of 90 patients with gestational hypertension in Jihongtan Street Hospital of Chengyang District,Qingdao City from February 2019 to February 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Nifedipine Controlled-release Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Labetalol combined with Nifedipine Controlled-release Tablets.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the plasma viscosity and hematocrit were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Labetalol combined with Nifedipine Controlled-release Tablets treating gestational hypertension has significant clinical effects,which can reduce blood pressure,regulate hemorheology indicators,improve maternal and infant outcomes,and is worth promoting.关键词
