拉贝洛尔联合硝苯地平控释片治疗妊娠高血压的临床效果OA
Clinical effect of Labetalol combined with Nifedipine Controlled-release Tablets in the treatment of gestational hypertension
目的 探讨拉贝洛尔联合硝苯地平控释片治疗妊娠高血压的临床效果.方法 选取 2019 年 2 月至2022 年 2 月青岛市城阳区棘洪滩街道卫生院治疗的 90 例妊娠高血压患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各 45 例.对照组采用硝苯地平控释片治疗,观察组采用拉贝洛尔联合硝苯地平控释片治疗,比较两组的治疗效果.结果 治疗后,观察组收缩压与舒张压低于对照组,血浆黏度与红细胞比容低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组不良…查看全部>>
