摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of An'erning Granules combined with Cefprozil Granules in the treatment of acute bronchitis in children.Methods A total of 98 children with acute bronchitis in Daiyue District Tai'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by the method of coin toss,with 49 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with Cefprozil Granules,while the study group was treated with An'erning Granules on the basis of reference group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of lymphocyte and white blood cell and neutrophil count in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,the improvement time of cough,fever,lung rales and headache in the study group was earlier than that in the reference group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion An'erning Granules combined with Cefprozil Granules treating acute bronchitis in children has remarkable clinical effect,which is worth popularizing.关键词
