Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of refined nursing in patients undergoing gynecological surgery.Methods A total of 200 patients who underwent gynecological surgery in People's Hospital of Jimo,Qingdao from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received refined nursing.The degree of postoperative pain,mood,postoperative recovery status,length of hospitalization and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores at 12,24,48,72 hours after surgery in both groups were lower than those at postoperative wakefulness,and the VAS scores at 12,24,48,72 hours after surgery in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative recovery time in the experimental group was earlier than that in the control group,and the length of hospitalization in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of refined nursing in patients undergoing gynecological surgery is remarkable,which can reduce the degree of postoperative pain,regulate emotions,promote rehabilitation,has a high degree of satisfaction,and is worth promoting.关键词
