摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of evidence-based nursing in infectious diarrhea in children.Methods A total of 400 children with infectious diarrhea admitted to Hanjiang Hospital Affiliated to Xi'an Medical University from January 2018 to August 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(200 cases)and the experimental group(200 cases)according to odd-even method.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received evidence-based nursing.Symptom improvement time,crying emotion duration and hospital stay,nursing compliance,total complication rate and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Symptom improvement time,crying emotion duration and hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing compliance rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of family members in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of evidence-based nursing in infectious diarrhea in children is good,which is conducive to improving symptoms,shortening hospital stay,improving nursing compliance and family satisfaction,and reducing the risk of complications,which is worthy of promotion and application.关键词
