Abstract
Objective To explore the application of fine nursing pathway in pediatric diarrhea.Methods A total of 76 children with diarrhea in the Department of Pediatrics,Tai'an 88 Hospital from April 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received fine nursing pathway.The symptom disappearance time,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of parents were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of diarrhea,vomiting and fever and the correction time of dehydration in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total treatment compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of parents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine nursing pathway in pediatric diarrhea has significant application effect,which can promote symptom relief,improve compliance and satisfaction,and is worth promoting.关键词
