Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of humanized nursing during tocolysis period for gravidas with threatened preterm labour.Methods A total of 80 gravidas with threatened preterm labour who prevented miscarriage in the Department of Obstetrics,Foshan Sanshui District People's Hospital from July 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received humanized nursing.The pregnancy status and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The prolongation of pregnancy in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the term labor rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing during tocolysis period for gravidas with threatened preterm labour is beneficial to prolong the pregnancy time,improve the term labor rate,reduce adverse reactions,and is worth promoting.关键词
