Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of targeted care in pediatric severe viral encephalitis combined with respiratory failure.Methods A total of 78 children with severe viral encephalitis combined with respiratory failure from March 2022 to March 2023 in Lingcheng District People's Hospital of Dezhou City were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine clinical care,and the observation group was given targeted care.The limb motor function of children and family care satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of various limb motor function of children in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the family care satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of targeted care in pediatric severe viral encephalitis combined with respiratory failure can improve the limb motor function of children and the family care satisfaction,which is of great value and worth promoting.关键词
