Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of"one chain for one disease"nursing model in the nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery of uterine fibroid.Methods A total of 50 patients with uterine fibroid treated in Guangdong Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and all the patients were divided into the control group(25 cases,routine care intervention)and the observation group(25 cases,"one chain for one disease"nursing model)according to the order of admission for treatment.The rehabilitation indicators,nursing satisfaction and negative emotion scores of the two groups were compared.Results The anal exhaust time,catheter removal time,gastrointestinal function recovery time and the first time of getting out of bed of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).After intervention,the negative emotion scores in the both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The"one chain for one disease"nursing model can play an important application value in the laparoscopic surgical nursing of uterine fibroid,which is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.关键词
