Abstract
Aiming at the problem of disqualified cup protrusion detection in laser welding seam of hot-rolled Hi-B steel cold rolled threading,welding experiments were conducted using high-power fiber lasers on two filling materials 50 C-6 and 307 Si at different filling speeds.The results show that when the laser welding speed is 3m/min and the speed of wire filling 50 C-6 is≥1.5 m/min,the weld cup protrusion is qualified;When the speed of filling wire 307 Si is 1.5 m/min,the weld cup protrusion is qualified,and when it is 4m/min,the weld cup protrusion is unqualified.This paper explored the reason that leading to cup protrusion failure.关键词
