Abstract
Proceeding from the traditional engineering management information project of a large iron and steel enterprise,the existing problems and consequences of engineering project management are ana-lyzed,and the necessity of transforming the traditional mode of engineering management into intelligent management mode is expounded in this paper.At the same time,it also introduces the countermeasures and technologies of the engineering project intelligent management system,which can meet the require-ments of continuous optimization of the engineering management system,technological innovation applica-tion and management efficiency improvement of a large iron and steel enterprise group.关键词
