Application of FRACAS in Li-ion Battery System Reliability Management
摘要
Abstract
This article focuses on the optimization management of the safety and reliability of the power battery system throughout its entire life cycle.The FRACAS system is introduced as a framework,and by improving the failure mode library,collecting and statistical failure data throughout the entire life cycle,combined with failure analysis and closed-loop improvement,the safety and reliability of the power battery system are improved at the research and development stage.Case studies have shown that the FRACAS based reliability management method for power battery systems can not only enrich and improve the fault mode database,but also continuously and steadily improve the safety and reliability of power battery sys-tems.关键词
