Abstract
With the continuous evolution of the everchanging market,the competition in the steel in-dustry has become increasingly intense,and the requirements for contract fulfillment,product quality,price,etc.,are getting stricter.And the competitive pressure is even greater at the steel manufacturing end,which requires stable and balanced orderly production.In this context,with the"production unit"as the management object,the production line,content and goal are clearly defined,and a set of guiding and standardized creation standards are formed.The mechanism innovation breaks through the traditional man-agement interface of the production side,the equipment side and the third party,and all employees are in-volved and devoted to the creation of the benchmark unit through a series of management activities so as to build a standardized and efficient equipment management system to ensure balanced and orderly produc-tion.关键词
