摘要

Abstract

A CdS@ZIF-9 heterojunction catalyst with a core-shell structure was synthesized by a simple sonication method,and the structure was characterized by scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,X-ray powder diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,etc.The results show that the degradating rate of rhodamine B by CdS@ZIF-9 can reach 97%under visible light within 60 min.The catalyst still has high photocatalytic activity after five cycles.Photoelectric property studies show that photo-induced carriers of the heterojunctions are well separated.The enhanced photocatalytic properties of the heterojunction are mainly attributed to the matching band structure improving the separation efficiency of photogenerated carriers.Based on the band structure of the CdS@ZIF-9 heterojunction and electron spin resonance capture technique,the structure of CdS@ZIF-9 is proposed as a Ⅱ-type heterojunction photocatalyst.
