肌内效贴联合经筋疗法治疗髌骨软化症的临床疗效
Clinical effect of kinesio taping combined with muscle meridian therapy on chondromala-cia patellae

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of kinesio taping combined with muscle meridian therapy in patients with chondromalacia patellae.Methods A total of 90 patients with chondromalacia patellae treated in Fujian Provincial Corps Hospital of Chinese People's Armed Police Force from June 2019 to December 2021 were randomly divided into kinesio taping group,muscle me-ridian group and combined group.The clinical effect of each group was evaluated before treatment,1 day,1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment.In the kinesio taping group,the kinesio taping was carried out according to the circulation route of Foot-Yang-ming muscle meridian,Foot-Shaoyang muscle meridian,Foot-Taiyin muscle meridian and Foot-Jueyin muscle meridian around patel-lofemoral joint.In the muscle meridian group,the acupoints"focus"on the track of Foot-Yangming muscle meridian,Foot-Shaoyang muscle meridian,Foot-Taiyin muscle meridian and Foot-Jueyin muscle meridian around the patellofemoral joint were treated by manipu-lation relaxation therapy in turn.The combined group was treated with kinesio taping and muscle meridian therapy.The treatment ef-fectiveness was assessed by visual analogue scale(VAS),Lysholm knee score scale(LKSS),Kujala patellofemoral scoring test(KPST)and Y balance test(YBT).Results On day 1 of treatment,the combined group was significantly better than the other two groups in VAS and YBT(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the combined group was significantly better than the other two groups in VAS,LKSS and YBT(P<0.05).After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the combined group was significantly better than the other two groups in VAS,LKSS,KPST and YBT(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the same group after 1 day of treatment and before treatment in VAS(P<0.05),and there were also significant differences in the same group after 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment and before treatment in VAS,LKSS,KPST and YBT(P<0.05).Conclusions The short-term effect of kinesio taping combined with muscle meridian therapy on pain and knee joint function in patients with chondromalacia patellae is better than kinesio taping or muscle meridian therapy alone.关键词
