飞行人员升主动脉扩张发病情况及其影响因素分析
Analysis of incidence and influencing factors of ascending aorta dilatation among pilots
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the incidence and influencing factors of ascending aorta dilatation among pilots.Methods Clinical data of 223 military pilots hospitalized in Characteristics Medical Center of PLA Air Force from January 2018 to De-cember 2022 were collected,and the incidence and its influencing factors of ascending aorta dilatation were analyzed.Results The prevalence rate of ascending aorta dilatation was 6.73%,which was statistically significant with flight time and age.The prevalence rate increased with flight time and age.The prevalence rate of flight time above 5000 hours was 17.02%,and that above 45 years old was 15.09%.It was also statistically significant with blood pressure,blood lipids and smoking.The prevalence of ascending aorta dila-tation in pilots with elevated blood pressure,dyslipidemia and smoking was higher.There was no statistically significant difference be-tween pilots with different aircraft types.Conclusions Ascending aortic dilatation is relatively common among military pilots.Flight time,age,blood pressure,blood lipids and smoking are influencing factors of ascending aorta dilatation.关键词
