Influence of Inlet Type on Flow Field of Cyclones in Parallel
摘要
Abstract
The influence of the inlet type on performance of the parallel cyclones is discussed.The flow field distribution at the inlet under different inlet types and the differences of tangential velocity and pressure drop in the separation space are mainly compared.The result showed that the pressure drop and velocity in up-inlet-type are slightly higher than that of the down-inlet-type,and a secondary flow is easily produced in the annular space in up-inlet-type while a short circuit flow is found in down-in-let-type.Both the two inlet types cause cross flow,which may lead to particle deposition and pipe wear in the process of gas-solid separation.The influence of the pattern of inlet tube on the separation efficiency needs to be tested and further measured.关键词
