Abstract
In order to build a management and control system design scheme based on the information of intelligent electric de-vices(IEDs),the device management and control system is constructed to contain objects of various configuration files,and the hardware and software version of IED information,various private configuration information and relevant internal parameters.In the control system,based on the substation SCD file resolution results,station's IED information types can be obtained,dif-ferent IED information base models can be built.After completing the product stage debugging and acceptance of IED informa-tion,the control backup file can be updated,and the version update status of IED information can be set.The control system u-ses the file service function to get the version.The built IED information description scheme divides the version description file into two parts.The first part describes the control information,and the second part expands the description of the control in-formation.Under laboratory conditions the system controls each IED information device,and backs up the software and hard-ware versions and configuration file information in the system library.关键词
