Abstract
In order to improve the prediction accuracy of equipment failure and power failure in distribution network under ex-treme weather conditions,an extreme weather early warning system is designed.The system consists of three layers,with the functions of information collection,information processing,early warning and evaluation,respectively.At the same time,a hybrid method for predicting the damage probability of transmission line under typhoon disaster is proposed.The extreme value type Ⅰ probability distribution and Monte Carlo method are used to simulate the wind field,and the random forest is used to pre-dict the damage probability of transmission line.The results can provide decision support for disaster prevention and reduction.The simulation results show that the proposed method has better performance than the traditional RF method.关键词
