加蓬石油工业发展历程及其转型尝试OACHSSCD
Development History and Transformation Attempt of Petroleum Industry in Gabon
石油工业是加蓬国民经济的支柱,造就了加蓬食利国家属性,也深刻影响着加蓬政治经济发展进程.采用文献研究法和案例分析法,爬梳出加蓬石油工业基本发展历程及其与国内政治经济、外部资本、国际石油市场等内外因素之间的影响关系.为了扭转国民经济对石油工业的依赖局面,加蓬政府多次尝试经济结构多元化转型,但在国内政策失误和国际油价下跌等多重影响下不断陷入经济困境并引发国内政局动荡.目前,加蓬距实现其新兴国家发展目标仍有较大差距.
