Blockchain medical data sharing model based on conditional proxy re-encryption

Abstract
Medical data has high privacy and sensitivity.However,in the past,centralized storage was often adopted in the process of medical data sharing,which brought the risk of data privacy leakage and illegal tampering.In view of the above,a blockchain medical data sharing model based on conditional proxy re-encryption is proposed by combining blockchain and proxy re-encryption technology.Hospitals at all levels form an alliance blockchain,and an improved practical Byzantine fault tolerance(PBFT)mechanism is adopted to select proxy nodes,which improves the efficiency of reaching consensus among nodes.With the massive storage capacity of cloud servers,the patients' medical data are stored in the cloud server.The conditional summary ciphertext is stored in the alliance blockchain,and the data requester performs conditional search on the alliance chain to obtain the patients' medical data.At the same time,the proxy re-encryption technology is used to realize fine-grained sharing between the specific data requester and the third-party user.Experimental results show that the blockchain medical data sharing model based on conditional proxy re-encryption has more advantages in communication and computational overhead.关键词
