Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic and open surgery in the treatment of stageⅡendometrial cancer.Methods:The clinical data and follow-up results of 73 patients with stageⅡendometrial cancer who received treatment in the Depart-ment of Gynecology of Hainan General Hospital from April 2013 to February 2020 were retro-spectively analyzed.The patients were divided into laparoscopic group(n=36)and open group(n=37)according to the surgical route.The operation related indexes,complications and prog-nosis were compared between the two groups.Results:The intraoperative blood loss in the lapa-roscopic group[(143.33±105.749)mL]was less than that in the open group[(296.49±186.789)mL].The length of hospital stay[(13.31±3.504)d]and the time of indwelling ab-dominal drainage tube[(3.97±2.311)d]were shorter than those of open group[(17.41±4.935)d,(5.22±2.631)d].There was no significant difference in the incidence of complica-tions(22.22%vs 24.32%)and 5-year overall survival(92.1%vs 91.5%)between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery plays an obvious role in the treatment of stage Ⅱ endometrial cancer,which can reduce blood loss and shorten hospital stay,promote postoperative recovery,do not increase surgical complications,and do not affect the prognosis of patients.It is safe and feasible.关键词
