摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problems such as the delay in finding and taking measures for the precursor information of spontaneous combustion in the traditional goaf,the high cost of system investment,the difficulty in effective monitoring,and the difficulty in prevention and identification,nearby automatic collection and detection device for precursor information of spontaneous combustion ingoaf is developed.The device detects the symbolic gases of spontaneous combustion in goaf,such as O2,CO,CO2,CH4,C2H2,C2H4.The device has the function of one-stop nearby detection of the concentration parameters of the gas components in the goaf,and integrates the detection data into the safety monitoring system for comprehensive monitoring,so as to truly realize the real-time monitoring of the spontaneous combustion status and hidden danger risk in the goaf,the active push of the overrun alarm information,and the independent and convenient query of the operation record information.This has laid a foundation for guiding the coal mine to assess safety risks and accurately implement fire prevention measures,and comprehensively improved the monitoring and monitoring capability of the goaf and the level of equipment intelligence and information.
