摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the accuracy of medical staff's performance appraisal,a performance appraisal model based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and BP neural network was proposed.First of all,the hospital staff performance evaluation index was extracted and analyzed through the analytic hierarchy process,forming a scientific evaluation index system;Then,the expert scoring method is used to obtain the evaluation indicators and performance level data,and the indicator scores are used as the input vector of BP neural network,and the performance evaluation level is used as the output vector to establish the AHP-BP performance evaluation model for medical personnel.Compared with RBF and RF,the performance appraisal model based on BP neural network has higher precision,which has certain reference value for other enterprises'employee performance appraisal.
