超声评估颈动脉斑块稳定性与血清因子表达水平的相关性
Correlation between carotid plaque stability and serum factor expression levels assessed by ultrasound

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between the stability of carotid atherosclerotic plaque assessed by ultrasound and abnormal expression of serum Lp-PLA2 and RELM-β.Methods:100 patients with primary arteriosclerosis hospitalized from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research object,and divided into unstable arteriosclerosis group(57 cases)and stable arteriosclerosis group(43 cases).Serum LP-pla-2 and rpm-beta were detected.Results:High serum lp-pla 2 and rm-β are closely related to the stability of intervertebral disc,and both of them have high diagnostic value.Conclusion:It is suggested that the expression level of LP-pla 2 in serum of patients with atherosclerosis should be monitored routinely to evaluate the stability of intervertebral disc.关键词
