Abstract
objective:The expression and significance of female patients with hypothyroidism(HTD)were examined.Methods:The serum levels of PRL,FSH,LH,E2,and T were tested and analyzed in two[subclinical hypothyroidism(SHTD)and HTD]groups.Results:The HTD group detected PRL,FSH,and LH higher than the SHTD group,and E2 and T were lower than the SHTD group.In both groups,the serum PRL,FSH and LH were lower than before treatment,and E2 and T were higher than before treatment.Conclusion:The blood sex hormone level in female HTD patients is in a disordered state.The dynamic detection of their sex hormone level is helpful for the early diagnosis of HTD patients,and provides a basis for the disease judgment and clinical treatment of HTD.关键词
