PG1/PG2与肿瘤标志物预测中晚期胃癌近期生存
Prediction of PG1/PG2 and tumor markers on short-term survival in advanced gastric cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the value of analyzing serum PG1/PG2,CEA,and CA125 in predicting short-term survival of advanced gastric cancer.Methods:110 patients with advanced gastric cancer and 110 healthy volunteers were selected.Serum PG1,PG2,CEA,CA125 were detected, and the patients were followed up for 1 year. Results:Serum PG1/PG2 in the cancer group was lower(P<0.05),while CEA and CA125 levels were higher(P<0.05),all of which were related to gastric cancer stage, pathological types and recent survival(P<0.05).The combined prediction of serum PG1/PG2,CEA and CA125 had a higher AUC(P<0.05).Conclusion:The decrease of serum PG1/PG2 and the increase of CEA and CA125 in advanced gastric cancer are related to clinical pathological characteristics, and the combined prediction of short-term survival has high value.关键词
