Abstract
Objective:To analyze the predictive value of systemic inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS),prognostic nutritional index(PNI),and monocytic human leukocyte antigen DR(mHLA-DR)%for prognosis in patients with sepsis.Methods:Patients with sepsis treated in the hospital were enrolled between January 2020 and December 2022.According to survival status at 28d after admission,they were divided into death group and survival group.The risk factors of prognosis and predictive value of risk factors in sepsis patients were analyzed.Results:SIRS in death group were significantly higher than those in survival group(P<0.05),while PNI and mHLA-DR%were significantly lower than those in survival group(P<0.05).SIRS,PNI and mHLA-DR%were influencing factors of prognosis.ROC curves analysis showed that area under the curve of SIRS score,PNI,mHLA-DR percentage and combined detection were(0.753,0.792,0.705,0.930)respectively.Conclusion:SIRS,PNI,and mHLA-DR%are risk factors that can predict the prognosis of sepsis patients.关键词
