摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of sevoflurane on the perioperative Th1/Th2 balance in elderly patients with intertrochanteric femoral fractures.Methods:Ninety-one elderly patients with intertrochanteric femur fracture were selected and divided into two groups A and B.The Th1/Th2 changes were compared before and after anaesthesia.Results:The differences in SBP,DBP time,interaction,Th1,Th2,Th1/Th2,serum IFN-γ and IL-4 levels between the two groups,time and interaction were statistically significant(P<0.05);Group A had a shorter hospital stay and a lower incidence of nausea and vomiting(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sevoflurane anaesthesia controls the patient's Th1/Th2 disorder,reduces nausea and vomiting,and also reduces the length of hospital stay..关键词
