Diagnostic value of colour Doppler ultrasound in late pregnancy in fetuses with intrauterine growth restriction

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of colour Doppler ultrasound in late pregnancy in species with intrauterine growth restriction.Methods:Ninety pregnant women with intrauterine growth restriction in late pregnancy seen from January 2018 to March 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 108 pregnant women with normal intrauterine growth restriction in late pregnancy in the same period were selected as the control group,and the differences in relevant indexes between the two groups were observed.Results:In the observation group,the levels of PI,RI and PSV/EDV in the umbilical artery and ESRV in the aortic isthmus were higher(P<0.05);the levels of EDV in the umbilical artery,PI and RI in the middle cerebral artery and PSV/ESRV in the aortic isthmus were lower(P<0.05);and the overall incidence of fetal outcome in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Colour Doppler ultrasonography can be used to determine intrauterine growth restriction in late pregnancy,which can help improve fetal outcomes and improve the quality of births.关键词
