摘要
Abstract
Objective:Observations on the value of renal function and myocardial injury testing in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia(TBIL).Methods:Forty-five neonates with hyperbilirubinaemia were selected and divided into severe and non-severe groups;45 healthy neonates were the control group,and renal function and myocardial injury of neonates in the three groups were compared.Results:The differences in serum TBIL,BUN,CREA,UA,Cys-C,CK-MB,Myo,and cTnI levels were statistically significant when comparing the neonatal levels of the three groups(P<0.05);Pearson's analysis showed a positive correlation between TBIL and BUN,CREA,UA,Cys-C,CK-MB,Myo,and cTnI(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of renal function indicators and cardiac markers in neonates with TBIL are significantly elevated and show a clear correlation with TBIL,which requires clinical attention and intervention.关键词
