摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic field in the treatment of senile postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods:242 elderly postmenopausal osteoporosis patients were selected and divided into the observation group(121 cases,conventional osteoporosis treatment scheme)and thecontrol group(121 cases,conventional osteoporosis treatment scheme+low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic field treatment).The grouping method:random number table method,a total of 6 months of treatment..The clinical indexes of two groups were compared..Results:After treatment,the clinical curative effect,pain degree,functional limitation index,daily living ability,bone mineral density in different parts,sex hormones and bone absorption index in the observation group were better than those in the control group.(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic field to senile postmenopausal osteoporosis can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,regulate the level of sex hormones,inhibit the process of bone resorption,improve bone mineral density,and further improve the clinical treatment effect and prognosis,with good safety.关键词
