Abstract
Objective To explore the role of ultrasound-guided nephrolithotomy in the treatment of obstructive hydronephrosis Methods Ninety patients with obstructive hydronephrosis who underwent ultrasound-guided renal puncture fistula were selected to observe the surgical efficacy and the differences in various indexes before and after the procedure.Results Postoperatively,the levels of CREA,UREA and Cys-C were significantly lower than preoperative levels in all patients(P<0.05);no complications such as serious bleeding and abdominal injuries occurred in any of the 90 patients,and there were 10 patients with pale bloody urine drained after puncture,which became clear automatically after 1-3 days,with a probability of complication of 11.11%(10/90).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided PCN in treatment of obstructive hydronephrosis is safe and effective,it can improve renal function and decrease Cys-C level,increase survival quality,which is worthy of promotion and application.关键词
