AECOPD并发呼吸机相关性肺炎的高危因素分析
Analysis of high risk factors of AECOPD complicated with ventilator-associated pneumonia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the high risk factors of ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP)in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods:643 AECOPD patients with mechanical ventilation admitted to our hospital were retrospectively divided into two groups:VAP group(32 cases)and non-VAP group(611 cases).Results:Tracheal intubation,diabetes history,indwelling gastric tube,ventilator ventilation time≥4 d and APACHE-Ⅱ score≥15 were all risk factors for AECOPD complicated with VAP(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinically,targeted intervention measures can be taken for patients with the above risk factors and gram-negative bacteria,so as to reduce the probability of VAP complicated by mechanical ventilation in patients with AECOPD.关键词
