富马酸丙酚替诺福韦联合扶正化瘀治疗乙肝的疗效分析
Analysis of the effect of propofol tenofovir fumarate combined with Fuzheng Huayu in the treatment of hepatitis B
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of propofol tenofovir fumarate(TAF)combined with Fuzheng Huayu(FZHY)in the treatment of hepatitis B and analyze inflammatory indicators.Method:Divide the sample into an observation group and a control group,and compare liver function,incidence of adverse reactions,and inflammatory indicators after treatment.Result:The TCM syndrome score,ALT,AST,TBIL,LSM,FIB-4 index,TAPRI score,IL-6,IL-10,and CRP levels of the observation group patients decreased,and the clinical total effective rate increased.The incidence of adverse reactions was not statistically significant.Conclusion The combination of TAF and FZHY can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis,and the mechanism may be to reduce inflammatory reaction.关键词
