Abstract
Objective:To explore the moderating effect of social support on the outcome of pediatric gastrointestinal bleeding treatment and the quality of intervention.Method:94 children with gastrointestinal bleeding were studied to analyze the influencing factors of poor treatment outcomes and the relationship between social support level and intervention quality.The social support and intervention quality scores of children with poor treatment outcomes were lower than those of children with good treatment outcomes(P<0.05);Logistic regression analysis showed that the degree of bleeding,length of hospital stay,social support,and intervention quality score were all influencing factors for poor treatment outcomes in children with gastrointestinal bleeding(P<0.05);Stratified regression analysis shows that the interaction term"social support×The regression coefficient of"intervention quality"has statistical significance(P<0.01)in the regression equation with treatment outcome as the dependent variable,and the moderating effect is significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Social support is a moderating factor in the impact of intervention quality on treatment outcomes in children with gastrointestinal bleeding.关键词
