Abstract
It is of great significance to conduct investigations and research on party building work in public hospitals to promote high-quality development of hospitals.During the Theme Education period,through visits and research,it was found that due to weak political awareness,outdated infrastructure,and lack of assessment mechanisms,problems such as emphasizing sys-tems over implementation,emphasizing theory over practice,emphasizing business over party building,emphasizing forms over innovation,and emphasizing slogans over implementation were caused.The next step is to strengthen the ideological foundation,innovate the party building brand,encourage secretaries to compete,consolidate basic construction,and improve the supervision and assessment system to comprehensively enhance the hospital's service capacity,providing practical experience for the party building of public hospitals to lead the high-quality development of hospitals.关键词
