牛支原体黏附相关因子的研究进展
Progress in research on adhesion related factors of Mycoplasma bovis
摘要
Abstract
Mycoplasma bovis is one of the important pathogens that seriously endanger the world's cattle industry.This pathogen could infect cattle and cause diseases such as pneumonia,mastitis and arthritis,which is epidemic worldwide,causing serious economic losses to the world's cattle industry.However,the pathogenic mechanism of M.bovis is still unclear.Adhesion is a key step for M.bovis to infect the host and affect the function of the host cell membrane.Adhesion related factors are the main participants of adhesion of M.bovis to different host cells,and are related to the pathogenicity of M.bovis.Therefore,this paper mainly reviews the progress in research on M.bovis adhesion fac-tors and their effects,in order to provide reference for interpretation of the pathogenic mechanism of M.bovis.关键词
