Research progress of frailty assessment tools in patients with heart failure
摘要
Abstract
Patients with heart failure have a high incidence of frailty,frailty can predict poor prognosis in patients with heart failure.Early identification of frailty with appropriate assessment tools in clinical practice is helpful for risk stratification,clinical decision-making and prevention of poor outcomes.This paper reviews the current research status of commonly used fadility measurement tools for patients with heart failure,summarizes their main contents,application scope,application effects and limitations,analyzes the characteristics and shortcomings of existing assessment tools,aiming to provide reference for the development of fadility specific measurement tools for patients with heart failure and medical staff's clinical care and management of fadility in China.关键词
