Rural Governance Led by the Party Building in"Semi-Agriculture and Semi-Pastoral Areas":A Case Study of the Collective Economic Model of X Town in Q Province
摘要
Abstract
Grassroots governance is the cornerstone of the national governance system,while rural governance directly involves the vital interests of the people and is a fundamental project to promote common prosperity and create a high-quality life.The inherent logic of the party building-led rural collective economic governance model involves leveraging the central role of party organizations,innovating the rural grid governance system,establishing a new pattern of joint construction,governance,and resource-sharing among all ethnic groups,and comprehensively promoting high-quality rural development.The rural collective economic governance under the leadership of party building in the"semi-agricultural and semi-pastoral areas"has formed a new model that integrates the grid-based grassroots governance system with the principle of ecological protection priority,with party building as the core and national unity and progress as the driving force.However,there are still some problems with this model,including the continuous need for enhancing the professional team capabilities,low levels of digital empowerment,limited innovation capabilities,and incomplete sustainable development industry chains.Hence,it is crucial to focus on fueling the driving force of the collective economy by giving impetus to party building,fostering high-quality development through digital empowerment,guaranteeing the resilience and vibrancy of the collective economy through innovation,and solidifying the base of sustainable development by establishing a unique industrial chain.Furthermore,the comprehensive development of rural areas should be promoted with the strategy of rural revitalization in the"four-dimensional"directions.关键词
