摘要
Abstract
Metaverse is the following hotspot of the digital entertainment industry,after the surging of cloud computing,blockchain,and digital twin.The third revision of the Copyright Law of People's Republic of China emphasizes the impor-tance of protecting copyright in technical means.The content creation industry,represented by the film industry,has been continuously exploring the potential of advanced technologies.However,both difficulties in copyright protection during the creation of VR movies,and dilemma of judgement of infringements of 3D digital assets in Metaverse universe,give rise to new challenges in copyright protection technologies.Focusing on content creation and copyright protection,this paper ana-lyzes how Metaverse-related technologies and applications enable the reform and innovation of the content creation indus-try,discusses the development and opportunities of security,openness,innovation,and decentralized copyright protection strategies,thus presents specific research value for the development of film and other content creation industries.关键词
