Abstract
In the operation of the 300,000 m³ POC gas holder in Tangshan Steel New Area,there are problems such as the cabinet wall bulges,cracking and oil leakage of the weld seam of the inner wall plate,six oil pumping stations with double pumps are fully ac-tivated when the sealing device was operated with the holder capacity of 135,000 m³,180,000 m³,220,000 m³ or so,and oil level of the piston oil ditch drops rapidly.After a comprehensive inspection and analysis,it was determined that the inward and outward bulg-ing deformation of the cabinet wall plate and the wear of the sealing tape were the main causes of the decline in sealing oil level.By correcting and repairing the bulging parts and replacing the sealing tape,the problems and hidden dangers were eliminated.关键词
