Abstract
The 6#casting machine of the third workshop of Bensteel steelmaking plant is a one-tension-leveler two-billet wide slab casting machine introduced from Danieli Com-pany in 2008,which is mainly used for the production of automobile plates.Since the start of production,because the casting machine does not have automatic casting function,it can only cast manually,which causes a lot of inconvenience to the production operators,and at the same time,due to the different operating habits and judgment ability of each person,the quality of slabs is directly affected.Therefore,in order to improve the automatic control level of casting machine,the plant carried out technical research on the automatic casting function of the 6#casting machine,and finally restored and improved the automatic casting function of the 6#casting machine after 5 months of technical research.关键词
