Abstract
The development of osteoarthritis(OA)is not simply a result of cartilage damage and alteration of the a-lignment of forces,but the immune aspect also has a huge impact on OA,and BMSCs(bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells),as a kind of cells with multi-directional differentiation ability,have great potential in the role of immune regulation and tissue regeneration,and studies have shown that the pathogenesis of OA is closely related to This paper is a review of the biological properties,mechanisms of action,problems and prospects of BMSCs.关键词
