摘要

Abstract

Sweet potato stems and leaves are rich in various bioactive components and nutrients,and have good utilization value.This paper re-views the active components of sweet potato stems and leaves,discusses the effects of different extraction methods on extraction rate and function-al activity,analyzes the limitations and development trends of extraction methods for active components of sweet potato stems and leaves and pro-viding reference for making full use of sweet potato resources.
